  5. Procedures:%n
  6. % % % 1. Takeoff from the carrier and climb on course to 15,000'.%n
  7. % % % 2. Select A/A on your DDI to display the Velocity Search radar display.%n
  8. % % % 3. Select the AIM-9X Sidewinder missile (Enter).%n
  9. % % % 4. Check that the Master Arm is ON (Backspace).%n
  10. % % % 5. Near waypoint 5 you will see drone C-130s.  Use the TDC to designate %n
  11. % % % % % one as your target.%n
  12. % % % 6. Fly the aircraft to the center of the target circle on your HUD.%n
  13. % % % 7. Close on the target and when you receive a SHOOT light, launch%n
  14. % % % % % the missile (Space Bar or joystick).%n
  15. % % % 8. Destroy all but one of the targets using the Sidewinders.%n
  16. % % % 9. Select the M61 gun (Enter). Close on the remaining target and practice%n
  17. % % % % % gun tracking and firing.%n
  18. % %  10. Proceed to waypoint 6 where you will see drone F-4s. Use the TDC to designate %n
  19. % % % % % one as your target.%n
  20. % %  11. Practice attacks and work for optimum launch parameters.%n
  21. % %  12. Return to the carrier and land.%n
